I am delighted to announce that our Fall session will meet on: Saturday, October 22, 2016 – 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
Class will convene at: THE CHURCHILL TAVERN, 45 East 28th Street, New York, NY 10016.
The restaurant is located between Madison and Park Avenues, around the corner from the 28th Street subway station for the 4 & 6 trains.
Reminder: While we have a reasonably large dining room we will still need to let the restaurant know how many students to expect. As the room seats approximately 40 people comfortably it is a good idea to register early. So please confirm your enrolment via email to Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org no later than June 30, 2016.
Please send your checks for $40 per student to our Bursar, Christopher Zordan, 184 Blew Court, East Brunswick, NJ 08816 (again by Oct. 14th). Make checks payable to Christopher Zordan. The admission fee covers your meal plus two brunch drinks. You can pay cash at the door, however pre-payment is preferred. If financial challenges may prevent you from attending, send inquiry to Headmistress at Judithemail@example.com about our scholarship program.
Our lesson plan is based on “The Musgrave Ritual.” We will be challenged by another of Raj Pandravada’s quizzes. Please note Prof. Nick Martorelli’s exemplary discussion points are:
- Throughout the story, Holmes outlines the way he thinks – what do we learn about his deductive process?
What role does Watson play in an adventure when he’s not an active participant?
In addition, there will also be toasts, homework assignments, a rousing rendition of our school song and more.
